Lately we’ve been reading a lot of stuff around weight training and how lifting stuff off the floor seems to release grow hormone, but more on that another time.

He talks about reversing aging, which is pretty cool … the difference between your actual age and your “biological age”.
But he’s also got a really cool list of items (at 2:42min) of all the things we can do to slow down the aging process.
