Just look at the top 10 diet searches in the U.S. Low carb diets were huge in 2015. Hopefully this means people are starting to realize how bad sugars and grains can be for you.
There are also some scary, unhealthy diets, especially on the Canadian list.
Other trending topics include workouts and exercises, recipes, and calorie searches.
While we all have a long way to go in learning more about optimizing our health, it is exciting to see that so many people are at least searching. People are interested in getting healthier, and that’s a big first step.
